Privacy notice
Last updated: 23 September 2026
This notice explains how AI Portfolio Solutions Ltd ("AIPS", "we", "us") uses personal data that you give us when you contact us through this website or by email.
Who we are
AI Portfolio Solutions Ltd is the controller of your personal data. We are a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14105664), with our registered address at 5 & 7 Pellew Arcade, Teign Street, Teignmouth, Devon, TQ14 8EB, United Kingdom.
For any privacy question or request, email info@aiportfoliosolutions.com.
What we collect
When you send us a partnership enquiry, we receive:
- your name and work email address;
- the name of your firm;
- your area of interest and anything you write in your message;
- any further details you share in later correspondence.
The enquiry form does not store anything on this website. It opens your own email app with a pre-filled message, which you then send to us.
Our hosting provider also keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to operate and secure the website.
How and why we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, to discuss a possible business relationship with your firm, and to keep a record of that correspondence. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to and managing business enquiries. We do not use your details for automated decision-making, and we do not sell them.
We will only send you marketing emails if you ask us to, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run our business, acting on our instructions:
- Google – our email provider (Google Workspace);
- Amazon Web Services – hosting for this website.
This website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google when the page loads.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
International transfers
Our service providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for up to two years after our last contact with you. If it leads to a business relationship, we keep it for as long as that relationship lasts and for six years afterwards, to meet legal and accounting obligations.
Cookies
This website does not set any cookies or use analytics tracking.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct or delete it;
- object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it;
- ask us to transfer it to another organisation where this applies.
To use any of these rights, email info@aiportfoliosolutions.com. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to deal with your concern first.
